Most women who come to us have already tried something else.

They’ve downloaded the apps, attended the drop-in classes, done the stretches their physio suggested. Their back still locks up on Thursday mornings. Their sleep is still broken. The anxiety that disappeared for three days after the retreat came back on Monday, right on schedule.

They weren’t doing anything wrong. They were using tools built for a different problem.

YogicByNature was founded on a single observation: therapeutic healing and general fitness are not the same work. Treating them as interchangeable is why so many women stay stuck at “managing” — and never reach resolved.

Our work draws from classical yoga therapy, Ayurvedic principles, and contemporary research on pain, nervous system regulation, and the body’s capacity for self-correction. It begins not with a pose, but with a question: what is actually happening in your body, and what does it need right now? The answer to that question builds everything that follows.

Each person on the YBN team came to this work through their own reckoning with what women’s bodies carry and what becomes possible when it's finally supported correctly.
Camiele James
Founder & Therapeutic Yoga Specialist
She built YogicByNature after years of watching clients cycle through generic wellness solutions that addressed the symptom and missed everything beneath it. Her practice sits at the junction of classical yoga therapy and modern biomechanics — a combination that only makes sense if you've seen what happens when you treat one without the other. She leads YBN's Restore and Strength programmes.
Laura Steward
Women's Wellness Practitioner
She trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga after recognising a gap that kept appearing in her work with new mothers: they were offered either complete rest or standard fitness classes, and neither served them. She now guides YBN's Nurture programme — supporting women from pregnancy through the postpartum period and into perimenopause and menopause, treating each stage as the distinct physiological experience it actually is.
Jenifer Kate
Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner
She didn't come to this practice through philosophy. She came through burnout - a specific, hard-walled kind that took two years to understand and another two to step out of. She now holds formal training in pranayama, somatic breathwork, and nervous system regulation. She leads YBN's Balance and Calm programmes, and she's still unwilling to separate the two.
Jasmine Hanna
Lifestyle & Nutrition Wellness Coach
Her work lives in the daily architecture — the sleep patterns, eating rhythms, and recovery habits that either support or quietly dismantle everything else you're trying to build. She doesn't prescribe the ideal lifestyle. She works with the one the client is actually living, finds what's creating friction, and adjusts from there.
