Balance is a specialised program designed specifically for the physical and emotional impacts that chronic stress has on the body.  Unlike general relaxation classes, this structured therapeutic yoga program directly addresses how chronic stress affects not only your mood but also your posture, tightens your hips and chest, affects how your body digests food, flattens your breathing, and puts you in a state of low-grade vigilance where just moving can stop that.  Balance uses a series of yoga sequences and specific movement therapy, along with emotion-regulating techniques that are based on the most current research, to remove stress at the source, not just address it at the surface level. The Balance program is geared towards people with demanding jobs, people who are trying to manage anxiety while maintaining a busy life, or people whose emotional balance has gradually worn away due to living in a fast-paced world.

Our Balance program is designed around real lives, real schedules, and realistic time constraints.
